Simply an exceptional Doctor. I've been a patient of Dr. Tenaglia for over 10 years, and I have no doubt that if it weren't for Dr. Tenaglia, I would not be here today. His knowledge and professionalism are second to none. 2 prior cardiologists were not as thorough as Dr. Tenaglia, and I have no doubt that was the reason I had poorly controlled blood pressure and declining health for far to long. BEST CARDIOLOGIST & TEAM in AZ. Have a complex problem & went thru 3-4 'great cardios'(who were 'jerks.' Saw Dr. Tenaglia & he is trying to figure things out but not a miracle worker. However even before seeing me he ordered a X-Ray(I requested) & found something that could be serious. He CARES about his patients. After 3 visits with Dr. Tenaglia went to Mayo & their Cardio was an IMO an utter jerk. Doubt he read my medical history, insulting, degrading - Have filed a formal complaint with Mayo about him. Dr Tenaglia is fabulous. I first met him nearly a decade ago when I was managing my mother's care following her stroke, then went to him myself when I needed to. He is simply the best.
I see Dr. Alan Tenaglia at Scottsdale Cardiovascular Center and he has been fantastic. He does an excellent job of explaining to me the best courses of action in getting better, and is a very compassionate man who seems to care about his patients. The whole office staff is awesome as well - they respond quickly to emails and are always very knowledgeable. I wish more doctor offices ran like Scottsdale Cardiovascular Center!
While traveling in Arizona, I had a seriuos heart issue. I was hospitalized and Dr. Tenaglia was my assigned cardiologist. He was outstanding in every respect! I wish he could have come back to Boston with me!!!!!
