He is GREAT! I thought I came in with a severe stomach bug to find out my appendix was swollen (appendicitis) and needed removed that day. He did very good at explaining everything to me from exactly what appendicitis was to exactly what he does to remove it. He even went over a few things more than once to make sure I understood.
