I had a severely compromised back and couldn't walk, I called Dr. Lubow and explained my emergency type situation and he got me in that morning. Two days before Christmas! He worked on my back and prescribed the necessary medications and I walked out of there in much better shape than I walked in. I'm very grateful for his work.
I will never be back to this office and I encourage others to avoid it as well. My last visit was recommended by the doctor (I didn't even see the doctor during this visit) and included a follow up on the phone with all my test results. I never received that phone call. About two weeks ago I did receive a phone call about a balance I owed from my last set of tests (all the bills had been sent to my previous address and they were just calling after 3 returned bills). This place is a joke. The clinic is for tiddlywinks and Dr. Lubow has zero understanding of growing concerns as I have gotten older. Use this joker for a common cold, but that is all his education and expertise will allow.
I firmly agree with the negative reviews on here. I missed ONE appointment. A physical- which I understand was unacceptable on my behalf. Completely spaced it. But sometimes things happen. Lord knows I remember the first time I visited him I sat and waited for nearly 45 minutes to be seen PAST my appointment time, so I'm quite certain I didn't cripple his practice by missing that appointment. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BE A PATIENCE OF DR. LUBOW. I don't know where to start with Dr. Lubow. First off, I never even saw him. Every other primary care physician I've ever had saw their patients PERSONALLY! Crazy, I know. Secondly, I was told that the Dr. would call me with the results of my standard physical. I called the office three weeks later and was told by a return call after that from the Dr. that he had miss placed my paper work.
