Very helpful and a wonderful doctor.
Great doctor and a caring professional. Takes time with patients and is there when you need him. A+
I was referred to Doctor Simons by ER. I have heard great things about him but I have been calling for 3 days I am a new patient. I was told today after waiting on hold for hour and a half that it would be 2 plus weeks before I can see him depends on when they call me.I do not want to wait this long my health is important to me and this is too long.I would recommend a better customer care procedure/Call in process.
