Waited over an hour and was never called. CSR only said keep waiting. No reason given. Finally left to move on with life.
Six month post lower spine surgery follow up. Dr. Hilibrand spent time reviewing my interval history, performed an appropriate exam, and reviewed my X-rays and MRIs with comparison to prior studies with me. He dictated a note during my visit. I am grateful to Dr. Hilibrand not only for his surgical skill, but also for his thoroughness and explanation of his findings and recommendations.
