Waited over an hour and was never called. CSR only said keep waiting. No reason given. Finally left to move on with life.
Six month post lower spine surgery follow up. Dr. Hilibrand spent time reviewing my interval history, performed an appropriate exam, and reviewed my X-rays and MRIs with comparison to prior studies with me. He dictated a note during my visit. I am grateful to Dr. Hilibrand not only for his surgical skill, but also for his thoroughness and explanation of his findings and recommendations.
Dr. Hilibrand is an extremely skilled surgeon. I have had two surgeries with him, and both helped my pain situation. On top of this, he is compassionate, kind and caring. He spends as much time as necessary to explain everything and make sure that you understand. He follows you closely afterwards to ensure your healing is on track. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing spine surgery.
