Emergency water pipe repair. Called late Sunday night, Dale was at my house at 8:15 am Monday to look at it, work crew scheduled for Tuesday morning, job finished by Tuesday afternoon. Quick, clean, and reliable.
These people were sent to my home by Suffolk County Water Authority to install a pressure reduction water valve. They installed aforementioned valve. However they also removed a brace that connected my house and sprinkler system feeds to foundation wall. After install was complete, the whole structure, ( house, sprinkler system, pressure reduction valve, and water filtration system feeds) shook with the slightest touch, like an obese person’s derrière. Highly recommend
It was an unsettling experience every time they fix something they broke something they snaked the drain. They cracked the tub. They snaked a drain. They broke the drain they charged full, Gave no compensation. Did not return phone calls when complaint was filed
I called Allen Gross for a clog in my sink. They were extremely prompt and very professional. Got the job done within an hour fantastic people. Dale was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend their service
