Harrison is incredibly skilled and has a wealth of experience. We needed him to inspect all 3 of our toilets due to a leakage issue we were experiencing with one. To our surprise, he discovered that 2 of our toilets required new components, but not the entire toilet, thankfully. John showed up and did an excellent job repairing our dripping kitchen sink in the Bronx. He was very professional and not only addressed but also explained and rectified the problem. The repair was completed efficiently, which I found very impressive, especially considering it was over the weekend.
