Unfortunately, I have to echo a prior reviewer's concerns around "transparent" billing. I'd recommend you read up on your dental plan and be ready to say "stop!" mid-appointment, because I'm now stuck with a $200+ bill for a service I didn't consent to or understand I was being provided - and this was at a regular dental cleaning! Evidently, it's your job as the patient to know the subtle differences between various types of radiographs and be ready to interrupt them mid-x-ray if they're giving you the "wrong" one. Dr. Robbins is an excellent dentist. His staff is efficient, friendly, and professional.
Truly the best dental experience I have had, which says a lot, as I try to avoid the dentist at all costs. Michelle was fantastic, Dr. Robbins is lovely, there was no wait, and nothing felt rushed in any way. Highly recommend.
My first visit. The best cleaning I have ever had. This followed by exam and talk with Dr. Robbins. He went over all X-rays with me And gave me honest thoughts and suggestions. In this day of corporate dental offices I was amazed to meet people with compassion who took time to answer all my questions. The staff was friendly and skilled.
