Recently decided to switch to SF and I’m so glad I did. Ashley hooked it up with my new policy, and advised me on a few other things (renters, personal property, disability). I was able to save a few bucks in the process as well. This branch is always very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend Rencowski State Farm!
This place and its workers are absolutely terrible. To threaten a Nanny with 5 kids who are just roller skating then tell her they will call the police on her is terrible. My 8 yr old son came home in tears terrified because he is a little black boy and thought the police would hurt him and his nanny and little brothers. I am so upset that this happened and feel my child is owed and apology.

The problem we ran into was that we had five children on skates, skating in the parking lot and on the sidewalk in front of our business. This was dangerous not only for the children but created a hazard for our clients entering and exiting the building.
