The front desk lady who also does xrays has a cold personality and no empathy for those that fear dental appointments. The doctor made way too many horrible jokes on a serious situation. If you want your pain to not be taken seriously and for them to poke fun at you for that this is the place to go. No short term solution for my pain and horrible communication throughout the whole process. They need to figure out how to take patients seriously and stop joking around.
I had a very intense root canal and thought I was going to lose my tooth after a trauma to my gums, after one failed root canal two days prior, I was nervous, tears were shed when the truth was laid out that I could possibly lose it. But he was honest about the possibility, which I appreciate. After almost an hour and half of drilling he finally got through and was able to save my tooth. He went above and beyond for me! Dr. Rauckhorst thoroughly and carefully explained the endodontic procedures to me using easy to understand terms and illustrations. He and his staff are wonderful to work with and I highly recommend them.
Very impressive! Not only on time and courteous but also highly professional with detailed explanation. The office is warm and friendly with a positive vibe. I felt that I was in good hands from the moment I stepped in the office. Excellent results on my root canal! Thank you.
The worst. He claimed I had seven teeth that needed root canals. I went to another oral surgeon and he found ONE tooth needing a root canal. Dr. Rauckhoust was creepy and too touchy-feely. How does this man stay in business? Run run run far away.
I was in so much pain when I came in. He was gentle and took care of my needs without causing additional pain. He was able to quickly relieve my pain and explained everything. He is very friendly yet professional. Best of the best!
A gentle caring approach to dentistry, never felt the needle of numbing medication! He is also funny and so personable. His staff is amazing!
Without a doubt, the absolute best experience I have ever had in a reclined chair with a light shining in my mouth! Had a root canal on a lower front tooth, and had heard what a bad experience it could be. Not so with Dr. Rauckhorst! He explained exactly how he planned to tackle the pain management, stressing that he did not want to numb the entire front of my face, rather, keep it to one side and block the other nerves that may be affected. NO Pain throughout the procedure! Great!
