Had a great experience in Dr. Kiefer's office. Staff and Dr are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable Have recommended Dr. Kiefer to many family and friends.
Dr Kiefer (and his staff) has been my dental office for as long as we have been in Wooster. Feel as though my family gets excellent care. Staff is friendly and knowledgable, very current with techniques and equipment ( seems to use new techniques without being trendy). Seem to stay current with training and professional education. Have never felt pressured into unnecessary work. They take the time to explain need for work, and offer options. I like the fact that they have referred me to appropriate specialists when needed.
