Although I go twice a year, he seems to remember information about me and has a personal conversation before we begin the visit. He always asks if I want to talk about the options on the table for my condition- reminds me of the choices and respects my choice of treatment options offered. Appointments are easy to schedule once I became a patient. I like being able to schedule them online. I had a question about the new patient portal and he sent in a Tech person to discuss how I could solve it.

Dr. Blackburn was very kind and very helpful in explaining everything that had happened to my thumb. He also got me through the process of an MRI and consulted me quickly afterwards on the diagnosis. I could not ask for a better doctor to treat my injury. Thank you Dr. Blackburn!

My first visit with Dr. Blackburn . He is so kind and knowledgeable. He gave me good advice to help me maintain my very arthritic and abused hands . An injection in my ring finger, which over the past few days has really helped to quiet things down in the joint. Highly recommended!

I see Dr. Blackburn for arthritis in my left thumb. He gave me an intraarticular injection in June, 2022 that helped for a year. Just repeated the injection yesterday. He is so bright, personable, talented. Explains everything in detail using my X-rays. I highly recommend him for upper extremity pain.
