He is personal, knowledgeable and most important, he's punctual! I must say, considering you're going to a Doctor, it's actually a pleasurable experience.
Dr. Blackburn is the best hand doctor, diagnostician and surgeon. My husband has dupuytren’s disease. He therefore needs many different options often. We have found Dr. Blackburn to be so up to date with new and more importantly-reliable treatments. And when my husband needed surgery he recuperated very quickly. His staff is very professional and helpful also. Yes it may take time to schedule an appointment but you would not be disappointed with the Dr’s clarity of his advise and his caring nature.
I was at the office at tradition and before seeing Doctor Blackburn II He order xrays of my right hand and when we met he went over the x-rays and show me areas of concern in a professional and easy manner. I felt confident in his ability and knowledge and he suggested to ease my pain in thumb area and palm we start with a shot and before doing this he ran a few tests on my hand. Dr Blackburn did a bicep tendon repair and results were amazing. Top quality from start to finish. Would highly recommend! He is very personable and professional. Office staff and surgical center were excellent too.
Dr. Blackburn discussed all of my options with clear explanations to the pros and cons of each option. He listened to my concerns and allowed me to make the final decision based on my needs.
Patient kind doctor. Conservative and he suggested not to rush into surgery which is refreshing for a surgeon. He suggested trying injections before proceeding to surgery. Very honest about surgery issues.
He has a great staff I’ve worked with my hands all my life and I feel he was the one I could trust solely with my hands I think him and his staff for making sure that everything was done right
