If I could rate them MINUS 5, I would. I am coughing for FOUR MONTHS and they are totally unable to handle ANYTHING diligently. You talk to 3 people in the office and you have three different version of why it takes them so long to schedule a simple bronchoscopy. But most importantly, working in healthcare myself (I am a researcher), I would like to address RESULTS.
