I had surgery for 2 trigger fingers. One finger did well but the other is still swollen and bent. It has been over a month and my finger still hurts and is bent. On my post op visit he didn’t care about the pain and wanted to push my finger in place without any medication. I couldn’t take that pain and he never followed up to see if it healed correctly. I am now seeking another orthopedic doctor support.
We took my Mom to see this doctor after being treated in the ER at Metro. We wanted her to be evaluated to see if she needed surgery and if he would treat her broken wrist and shoulder. As soon as Dr. Panteck walked into the room, he said she isn't a candidate for surgery, that we should go back to Metro if they are willing to work with her. Yes, my Mom is 81 years old. Even during the pandemic it went better than expected and outcome was fantastic.
Awful experience. He was so rude and degrading. He told me my pain wasn't real and that I was being a baby. He physically took my finger and bent it farther than I could handle.
His bedside manner could use some real work. He was condescending, rude, and literally rolled his eyes when I asked a question.
