I have been to 3 dentists in 5 years and Dr. Pantazi is the first one to help me get any lasting results.
I have been with Dr Pantazi since 2000. I have always been treated like family. The hours of operation were flexible to a daytime work schedule. The hygiene work was always medically focused. The cosmetic work was world class quality. Overall, I have been completely satisfied with the work, staff and commitment to health. Thank You Alan, Christine & team for looking after me for so long. I will remain loyal as you have earned this priviledge.
Well, I am very glad that I got a chance to express my gratitude towards Dr. Pantazi and his staff in public so everyone else could find him and experience the same feeling as I do after weeks of pain and discomfort. All my family goes to see Dr.Pantazi for many years now and after previous mixed rated dental experiences with other offices, I can say we are lucky to have him and his practice taking care of our smiles. I had a very good experience at Dr. Pantazi's office. Also, my kids are not terrified to go to the destist anymore. His staff is extremely helpful, kind and knowledgeable. Every time I go to his office, Dr.Pantazi explains in detail the work that needs to be done. I definitely recomend this dentist if you want to have a quality work done.
His staff were fantastic. They got me an appointment at the very last minute, they were polite and genuinely concerned about my problem, and they wanted to make sure I felt better soon. My appointment was interesting. After some tapping, testing and an x-ray, there was no problem physically obvious; no cracked tooth, no sensitivity, no cavity, no abcess or infection. I am not really too sure where all the negative comments come from. At least in my experience, Dr. Pantazi was great. He did me a favour by coming in after hours to fix a chipped tooth; was direct and professional, and as a result I am switching to his practice. The charges were explained clearly, as was the procedure, and was priced very reasonably.
This was the worse doctor I've ever met in my life. Not only that his work messed up my smile but he actually yelled at his assistant things like "are you stupid?!" and "get out of my office now!!" to which she stormed out sobbing. I was terrifid at that scene myself and didn't know what to do or say. Nevertheless I never went back and would warn anybody about this individual. This dentist is overpriced. Even with the best insurance, you'll end up paying large sums of money out of pocket because they charge much more than standard fees for treatment. Furthermore, they seem to be constantly trying to convince me to get more dental work done and more often. With past dentists, I have routinely gone for my annual cleaning and had few to no cavities.
