Egomaniac. I was 15 minutes late and with no one in the waiting room she refused to see me. What was supposed to be a 40 minute drive there turned into a 50 minute drive due to roadwork and for nothing. Especially considering as a patient I’m used to waiting well over 15 minutes just to get called into an appointments. Completely uncalled for.
I was going through a particularly difficult time with depression and anxiety and he gave the usual depression screen all primary care physicians do these days, but completely ignored it. I don't believe he ever even looked at it. I struggled through for a couple of months on my own.I also got a notice from my insurance company that they added anemia to my diagnoses after the blood work this doctor ordered show it. He never called about it or ordered any kind of treatment. He also disregarded the need for ADULT ADD testing, w... read more
He so cool
Went to her since I couldn't get in to my normal doctor with a concern about a lump in my leg, she was very dismissive about it, as was my old primary whenever I expressed my concerns about it. Turns out it was cancer. Imagine.....my cancer would have been caught 3 yrs sooner if they took me seriously and someone took the initiative to get a biopsy of the lump. It's finally taken care of but I would probably be in better health if it was caught back then instead of 3 yrs of spreading and damage later.
Melissa is very thorough, caring, and listens to any health issues the patient is experiencing. She never rushes thru exams and always finds a path forward by helping with testing, med changes, or by recommending consultations. Her office has fit me in on short notice when emergencies pop up, which I appreciate. I have been extremely happy with her caring services and professionalism.
Dr. Blake is always very helpful and understanding with my issues and my daughter's issues as well. She is relevant and stays up to date with women's health issues.
She is very thorough and explains everything
I have just met him at my first appointment and I am very grateful that I got to see him. I was very impressed at how he informed me of everything I needed to know about my issue. He was very busy that day and still took the time to fully address my problem. I trust his judgement and his ability because he does take his job serious, you can't beat that ! Hope to have him take care of my health needs a long time. SRC
