None of my issues were addressed successfully, while the main reason I went was ignored.
Doesnt listen to what you’re telling him. I had an x-ray done at ER, showing my lung partially collapsed. ER told me to see family doctor. Dr. Noel told me it’s not collapsed, I just need to breathe deeply. I’m unable to do that because of the pain in my lung.
I was going through a particularly difficult time with depression and anxiety and he gave the usual depression screen all primary care physicians do these days, but completely ignored it. I don't believe he ever even looked at it. I struggled through for a couple of months on my own.I also got a notice from my insurance company that they added anemia to my diagnoses after the blood work this doctor ordered show it. Before I moved, I saw Dr Noel regularly. He is one of the fee Doctors I've had that is very thorough, knowledgeable and genuinely? cares about his patients. I highly recommend him.
Been a patient for about 15 years. Family of 5 and usually have to go a total of approximately 5 to 8 times a year total between all of us. Last 3 years has been horrible. Very long waits, sometimes up to two hours. Very rude office staff and nurses. Never get call back when they say they will call you back. Office staff are nasty and do not want to be bothered. They need to clean out the office staff and hire people that really want to be in health care. Moving to a different doctor.
