I have been coming here for more than 2 years. The one complaint I have is the front desk clerks, seems like they all have an attitude and not polite with patients. I have dealt with rolling of the eyes, loudness and rudeness. But nurses and doctors are definitely a big change from them. So keep cool and get past the clerks and everyone else is great.
As many of us men age we are faced with enlarging prostates and the complications that come with it. Significant other medical issues forced me to put off this increasing problem. I contacted Urology Associates and after reading some awful reviews on Google regarding dealing with the front desk people,etc I proceeded and had the exact OPPOSITE experience.
