I am so happy to finally have great auto insurance with State Farm. Desolina helped me through the entire process from first giving me a great quote, to adjusting certain deductibles in order to get a better monthly payment, and helping me with great discounts to finalize my policy. She was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and very kind throughout the whole thing and very happy she was there to help me out.
I recently got off the phone with Desolina to review my auto insurance renewal, and she was excellent. She took the time to clearly explain every detail of my policy, made sure I understood all my options, and even pointed out ways I could save money. Desolina was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about getting things right. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for great service and peace of mind.
Desolina was very helpful in getting an auto quote for me. She explained the coverages throughly to me and helped me understand which coverages were best to protect myself and my car. The life insurance option was an added bonus on the quote. I did not end up switching over due to pricing for me. State Farm’s quoting truly is all inclusive, I do highly recommend Desolina if you are in need of a quote. She is awesome!
