Dr Scarrow did the emergency surgery on my back, he was very detailed in explaining how the surgery would go . I'm greatful for everything him and his team did, God bless you all!
Dr Scarrow has been my Neurosurgeon for over 6 years , had surgery twice with great outcome. His whole team is wonderful from the Receptionist to Jason Glenn ! I have never waited over 15 minutes in waiting room .. Dr Scarrow and Jason Glenn your the best
He may be a good surgeon in an acute injury situation other than that he is dismissive and doesn’t seem to care, understand, or want to. I have left his office twice in the past two years feeling defeated and let down. Even if surgery is t the answer have a conversation, don’t tell me that a woman my age and weight that hasn’t taken care of herself should expect to be uncomfortable.
I had surgery in 2008 by Dr. Scarrow and was really happy with him and the outcome. Especially since it was my second back surgery, and the first Dr screwed me up.
Wish I could leave zero stars. This doctor is uncaring and sexist. Seeing someone else. Mercy, in general, just sucks anymore. No listening, no compassion, no help, no nothing.
