Dr.Michels and all the MA’s I’ve gotten the pleasure to watch work with my firstborn are nothing short of amazing! From baby boys circumcision, to educating me on vaccines, to just letting me be a frantic first time mom. They handle everything with such grace and professionalism I know my baby’s in great hands. I’d recommend them to everyone I know. My baby and I are blessed to have them as his pediatrician.
Your job is to have impeccable integrity and protect my medical privacy. My job isn't to "know" a member of your staff. If I bring a complaint to you, which I did, then your obligation is to ensure my medical privacy wasn't breached and apologize for your staff member if it was.

I have seen and been cared for by most of the care providers there. They are all wonderful! They take time to listen to my concerns. I've never had a problem getting in right away. They are all so friendly!
