We have been taking our son here for several years now, they have some great doctors and medical assistants. However we have had several issues with the front desk staff returning calls. We recently had a new daughter and scheduled her first appointment for 5 days after delivery. The day of the appointment came and one of our friends mentioned her son's appointment got canceled so I called to confirm ours. They confirmed our appointment was also canceled but offered no solution for getting our newborn seen in a timely manner... read more
Can not make an appointment as no one ever answers the phone or returns my calls when I leave a message. New patient portal sucks. Requested an appointment using it and still don't have one after 5 days. Ask for labs through the new portal, doc says there done but the lab doesn't have them after 5 days. Would not recommend this clinic at this time due to poor customer service and patient followup. My next option is to drive to the office and stand in front of them.
Dr. Michels office has terrific staff. He has helped through a very rough time. The clinic is great. He listens and understands. Very blessed to have found a caring medical facility. Even the prople at the front treat you with a caring attitude.
Very impressive slate of services for anyone interested in one-stop, comprehensive, wholistic healthcare.
