Astonishingly poor customer service, specifically the phone system and responsiveness to phone calls. You are forced to listen to an extremely long automated message every time you call. You can't ever get a receptionist or live person on the phone. Every option asks you to leave a voicemail, which is never returned. There is no option to request medical records. The physician's running this practice need to hire enough staff to manage the workload. They should be embarrassed by its current state.

Dr Afsari operated on my ankle and he did an amazing job! He is a miracle worker and I highly recommend him!
Excellent Dr. he answered all my questions before surgery, he was patient and informative, he was easy to talk to and made my family feel safe. I would definitely recommend him for any one that needs a prosthetic replacement.
I fractured my elbow extensively during summer 2023- 7/31/23 Dr Afsari (ER orthopedic surgeon at St John Ascension)put me back together fantastically with 2 metal plates etc the next morning The next Springs exam he agreed I could have plate removal surgery early December 2024 which he fulfilled beautifully He is a fabulous surgeon and I felt as at ease as possible throughout the whole time period I hope he is doing knee replacement as my other longtime Dr- a muscle skeletal doctor raised future concerns I may need a good kn... read more
