Very professional, but really showed he had a level of care for me as a person, not just a client. THAT made things seem easier. I am very happy with my decision to trust him. I know who I will be calling if I find myself in need of future legal help!
I was hit by a drunk driver and was hurt pretty bad. Manheim showed up the next day at the hospital and said he would sue the insurance company for half million dollars. I paid him up front expenses of $3500. I called his office 10 times over the next 6 months and got the runaround. Then Manheim filed a criminal complaint against me for threatening him. I never even talked to him. Long story short, Manheim never did anything in my case and kept the money. He's a liar and a cheat.
If you hire this attorney don't pay him first. He will take your money, do nothing and when you anger him he will accuse you of threatening him and quit you. But he will also keep your money and nothing can be done about it. He has a friend that is a judge. He will say he has never been threatened before but he has had people arrested for it. He has done this enough that the FEDS have been advised and they are looking into his practices. Be smart, get another attorney. Any other attorney.
