Just brought a car from Alan Mance footscray and seriously couldn't recommend them enough. Special shout out to Robert who helped us every step of the way and was always happy to answer our calls (even on his days off) to make sure we had the smoothest experience possible. Couldn't fault him or the service we were provided. 10 out of 10 recommend these guys.
Had the pleasure of purchasing a car 🚗 from Rob at Alan Mance Footscray . I was approached by Rob with my enquiries with pure professionalism and understanding of the car industry. I highly recommend Rob when purchasing a vehicle from this dealership.
Wouldn't get a Geely here from the Footscray mob. Way too disorganised. Had to follow up to get the car set up properly with internet. Still waiting on my car mats after months. Apparently getting a refund but that's behind schedule too. Update: got refund, 2->3 stars.
Had a great experience here. Rob helped me with the purchase and was very transparent with me about the car. Highly recommend Rob as a salesman, very professional and straightforward.
If you want to be lied to, ripped off and have to fight for your consumer rights every single time you service your car, then this place is for you!
