My son and i went on Saturday to have alook at a 4x4 MUX 3lt. When we sat down with rhe finance guy, the salesmen told us that the one on their website was a 1.9lt although it was advertised as a 3lt. There was a 3lt 2wd one available. Placed an order for a replacement number plate holder for my Ram 1500 Bighorn. Entered all correct details, double checked order details, placed the order. Incorrect part was sent, they spent weeks verifying their mistake. I sent part back, they acknowledged the mistake but refused to pay the $250+ back. Just months of “we’ll get onto it”. Wouldn’t trust them with any real money.
