Very professional and concerned about their patients. My daughter who is suffering from anTBI has been a patient for years and we are very pleased with the staff, Dr Harben and the office environment. Please disregard the horrible rating by an anonymous person...none of their complaint could possibly be true. I;'m there every 6 weeks and I've never experienced any of the conditions that they mentioned.

Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? Never, they are very reliable. Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? No, they take every concern of mine seriously Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

I usually have to wait on hold for quite a while, but not as long as some other places Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this rehabilitation specialist's office? Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long Did you experience unnecessary pain during your visit? No Does this provider promptly return your phone calls? Yes How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? Among the best I have seen Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable
