Prescription & Billing practices are unacceptable. On 2 occasions prescriptions that I called where sent to the wrong pharmacy. I was sent a bill for services provided to 3 other patients, their personal information was included in the bills sent to me. I had to make 3 phone calls to get receipts for payments I made. Speaking to his staff on the phone was a waste of time. Often times I was not able to understand what the staff was saying and other times they were rude.
Dr. Belkin has been my doctor for 32 years now. He also treats my husband, and as necessary, my children and grandchildren. He is very thorough, methodical, and listens well to the patient's concerns. I recommend him to all my friends and family!
