Nothing but trouble! - Our taxes took way too long to prepare causing us to have to file for an extension, even though we submitted our taxes well in advance. - The price was extremely outrageous compared to similar services with Jackson Hewitt and/or H&R Block. - On top of that, we're just now receiving notice that our taxes weren't filed for our business- likely due to how unfamiliar Mr. Levine was with internet businesses and self-employed tax returns. Poor experience with a high price. I've recently received a notice that my 2017 business tax return was NOT submitted, and that we owe over $1300. I may update my review if they're able to resolve this ASAP.

I do not recommend Alan's services. I feel the charges for my tax service was outrageous, and the most I've ever paid. I feel he was not thorough, did not have good customer rapport, and had to remind him to update on his progress. My significant other had the same experience. Highly avoid.
