Unreal! Terrible what he did to me, extracted a front tooth without discussing it with me and my options afterwards! Never have me a chance to have a second opinion! Then he had the nerves to send my $400 bill to collections and sue me for it!!! I should be the one suing him for malpractice!!!
Dr Rubin is an outstanding dentist. I have been his patient for over 20 years and my teeth have never been in better condition. My wife uses Dr Rubin and so do many of our friends and everyone is very impressed with his level of service. Dr Rubin is a perfectionist and makes certain that every filling or tooth replacement fits perfectly. My wife and I recently moved into the City and have changed all of our doctors to NYC doctors except for Dr Rubin. Dr. Rubin and his staff are excellent! They are very thoughtful, friendly, and careful when doing work. If there is work that needs to be done, they will do it painlessly and efficiently. He has even told me that I didn't need procedures done when my prior dentist said I did! The office itself is very clean and furbished. I highly recommend Dr. Rubin for any dental needs!
Dr. Rubin is one of the best dentists I've ever seen. He's very knowledgeable and has always thoroughly explained to me any work that had to be done. Sometimes he opts to just "watch" a particular issue without doing any work which he checks for changes at future appointments. He is very gentle and also welcomes questions and concerns. I highly recommend him.
he is a nice dentist, but fills cavities that aren't there. make sure you get a second opinion when he tells you you have a cavity - at least 10 people i know have found out the hard way - we nickname him drill and fill. the staff is nice and they take you on time - i guess that goes with making the quick and easy $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$ i had no cavities before i went to him.....now my teeth have been drilled and filled for no reason - i guess he's got quite a racket going......
Great technician, nice personality, works fast and fairly painlessly. Doesn't have all the latest James Bond technology, but has enough "stuff" that you'd feel comfortable that he's on top of the newest developments in the field of dentistry.
