I have been a patient of Dr. R for over 25 years. Never an issue. Has recommended excellent endodontist and oral surgeon for root canals and implants. Dr. R has done many fillings and crowns. Billing has never been an issue. I don’t find the negative items others have written to be true in my case.

I have been seeing Dr R more than 5 years, these 2 years they over charged me $1200 which they should only charge for copay , when I called so many times, they never called me back and billed more and more, even though insurance called them and told them should only charge copay every visit, but they didn’t follow, the office staff wasn’t friendly and very rude. Don’t go there

However good you may be Dr. R, but you have the nastiest representative in Elizabeth. Not sure if she is your office manager or in-charge of billing. She pays no respect to your clients and sounds like a Chinese dry cleaner store owner, and wont hesitate to call them stupid or even worse curse words. More to come .....
