Very disappointing. Had an appointment scheduled for May 23. They had to cancel due to a "death in the family". Rescheduled my appointment for today, May 30. Low and behold, another "death in the family". They know I'm in pain, they know I need to see the dentist. Yet, they don't care. Here's an idea, if you don't want to see patients in the evening, don't have evening appointments. I find it extremely unprofessional to cancel a patient 2 times in a row, knowing full well the patient is in pain and needs to see the dentist. ... read more

So sorry that we were unable to accommodate you with your limited schedule. Unfortunately, there were two deaths in our office family and cancelling patients was unavoidable. Normally we are always available to take care of patient emergencies since we are a patient oriented practice. We care about your dental health and wish you only the best.
