This company is not worth any stars....beyond unprofessional. I called for quote 3 times to fix alum. siding with no phone response. After 3rd call, their business card showed up in my mailbox. Apparently they showed up to inspect damage, left card but still didn't call me for quote! I called 1 last time (shouldn't have) wondering how I got business card but still no notice that someone was coming out to give me a quote. Their secretary responded with an email with an estimate (I'd used them once b4, so they had my info). I ... read more
Never got the chance to use their service. I emailed two times and waited a week in between emails with the promise that an estimator would get I touch with me both times. Never was contacted. I will be using another service.
These guys are the best. The area around my chimney leaked and I had 3 roofers attempt to fix it. All 3 of the other companies were unable to make the fix but yet I was charged by each company. I feel Ryan at Kunsman is the most knowledgeable roofer in the Lehigh Valley. He knew exactly how to fix it and pointed out what the previous companies did wrong. 2 months later, I had an issue with my skylight leaking and trusted they were going to be able to fix it.
