There was a service agent named Russell who was absolutely amazing! He was kind, thoughtful, and extremely helpful!
Purchased a Ford extended warranty with my 2019 Escape and bf brought it in when my restraint system light stayed on and chimed along with the airbag light staying on. Car kept sending a code to my Ford Pass app indicating a fault in the restraint system. Anyways, service Mgr told my bf that most warranties cover anything to do with safety features and it should be covered. He said he would call when it was done. Apparently this location is not equipped to balance the F450 dually aluminum rims. They had to put stick on weights on the rims taking away from the look of the rims. It took 1.5 days to mount and balance 4 rear dually tires. Had an appointment 0930 and picked it up at 1300 the next day. It's hard to believe they can't mount F450 aluminum rims in the heavy agriculture area.
