Brand new car from them, check engine light came on a year after receiving the car. They would change my oil and never address it. They wait until after everything expires to diagnose and address it. Then want to charge me a diagnostic fee as well as 800 for service to fix the car. Calling me every day to see when im going to pay dx fee. They wouldnt even allow me to use my points. I had a horrible experience at Alan Jay Ford. The sales representative that I had was very crass, unprofessional and made the environment very hostile. From asking my mother to choose a different name, to making what could be considered very threatening comments such as “ I have 2 razor blades that I can cut you with if you laugh at something not ment to be a joke.”, to recommending mental therapy.
