Best experience I've ever had buying a car.
Recently towed my 2018 Tahoe to the Wauchula dealership because it wouldn’t run. 197$ diagnostic turned into about $700 without consent. First they wanted to put spark plugs on before doing a compression test and quoted $1200. We told them to do the compression test before wasting money on spark plugs. Was never given a price beyond the diagnostic fee and they are still diagnosing. Pick it up after being told I have zero compression in cylinder 5. And that it will be about 20k to replace the engine and that’s my option. Well... read more
My first time at Alan Jay Dodge Wauchula yesterday … Had a problem with my A/C evaporator..From the time I dropped off my truck the service team answered all my questions and concerns and 24 hours later with a new evaporator I’m out the door.. James and his team namely Victor my service advisor made my experience so comfortable.. I have to also mention the young lady😁 who drove me to Bartow to pick up my rental.. Awesome conversation just a really nice and good person.. Thank you Allan Jay… I will be back…👍
