My recent experience could’ve been better. I asked for an inspection and they didn’t even bother taking the tires off, felt rushed. My problem continued after my appointment and I scheduled with tires plus and they took the tires off and found the issue and now my truck drives smooth. Next time don’t rush and actually look for the problem. I’ve had a good experience with Chevy until this particular problem.
Had a car issue with our equinox and Alan Jay was extremely supportive of the problem and quickly fixed it that same day ! We are grateful for the fantastic service we received both with customer support and service support ! Thank you
Went to Huston Chevy dealership in Avon Park Florida bought an alternator for my 2015 Chevy Malibu Lt paid for the part $592. and some change was treated rude and unprofessionally and never delivered or received the part had the car on my friends car lift but no part got my money returned went to Alan Jay Chevy dealership in Sebring Florida explained my situation and the parts manager was kind and very helpful and professional and they had the part at a cheaper price saved me $200. on the part and another $200. for the lift.... read more
