I can not say thank you enough to Alan Jay Sebring. I had a very bad experience at Alan Jay in Wauchula. General Manager James Wilbanks of Alan Jay Sebring reached out & fixed my vehicle even though we didn't even buy it from them. We had purchased a used truck that had a chipped windshield due to being parked by the road on display before we purchased it. Alan Jay Wauchula managers had wrote a promise to fix or replace. Had some issues with a truck that I bought but once I contacted the GM he had me come in right away and got back with the sales guy Mike. They made things right by me. And customer service was great. All the sales reps and GM was very apologetic with the outcome of the original truck that I had purchased. I’m just happy that they take pride in their customers and making sure they are happy.
Absolutely excellent service, Special thanks to Ferdinand for getting me into this awesome 2025 Silverado. I will definately be returning for future purchases.
Feb 17th 2025 traded in my 2022 Colorado for a 2022 Silverado I needed a bigger truck. March 4th 2025 I had to take my truck into the shop for vibration. As of march 24th truck is still sitting in the shop. Was told it needed the engine tore apart and rebuilt. The truck has now been in the shop longer than I’ve gotten to drive it. They did provide a rental which is great but now my first payment is due in a week and I haven’t even gotten to enjoy my new truck. I think I’ll shop elsewhere from now on.
