My mother is a patient of Dr. Jackson. We chose him because of his specialty listing in geriatrics. That may be one of the interests of the office - but the contact from the office about medications, leaves alot to be desired for an aging patient. Most seniors are not tech savvy with little access to portals, etc as they age in place. Phone contact is absolute must - and this office seems to communicate only by a message on the portal or a letter. He is really a great doctor. My husband and I have been his patients for over 30 years. He really listens when you tell him that you're not feeling well. He does a really good job explaining what your symptoms are. He's very caring and makes sure that he is able to help you.
Horrible, condescending, and rude staff. Snotty, plain, and simple. Questions are met with scoffs, contradictory laughter, and sighs. Doctor Jackson, is not a kind person. His bedside manner is lacking as he also exuded a condescending manner as well, and does very little to hide the fact that he has no use for you. Do not seek out this man if you have any mental health, addiction, or weight issues. The words HELP and EMPATHY is not something this man comprehends. I have been a patient of Dr Jackson for over 30 years. He not only treats me but many members of my family. He is thoughtful caring and professional. I know all questions and concerns are addressed before I leave his office. His staff is very accommodating especially when scheduling unexpected visits. Thank you Dr Jackson for all you do in providing and taking care of my health and my families needs!!!!
