My mother is a patient of Dr. Jackson. We chose him because of his specialty listing in geriatrics. That may be one of the interests of the office - but the contact from the office about medications, leaves alot to be desired for an aging patient. Most seniors are not tech savvy with little access to portals, etc as they age in place. Phone contact is absolute must - and this office seems to communicate only by a message on the portal or a letter. He is really a great doctor. My husband and I have been his patients for over 30 years. He really listens when you tell him that you're not feeling well. He does a really good job explaining what your symptoms are. He's very caring and makes sure that he is able to help you.
