I recently visited Dr. Rechter's office for unresolved pain in my foot. He was amazing and got me back to my regularly scheduled routine. The staff was professional and friendly. I had read the reviews but he came recommended. I did not encounter any of the issues and had pleasant visit and no longer have any pain.
No one ever answers the phone no matter what time I call. It’s very frustrating when you have an appointment and can’t reschedule it. I have even left voicemails and no one calls me back.
I've been a patient of Dr. Rechter's for 23 years, and he's the best orthopedist I know. I've seen others, had procedures done by others, but once I was referred to him, I've never even thought of going elsewhere. No other physician has been as honest and frank as Dr. Rechter and Marlene. The staff is amazing, Anna is great and there is no one to compare to Josie. I will not be going to back this office or to see Dr Rechter. Every time I go into office staff is rude ,my appointment always starts 40-60 min after I booked, and Dr disregards my needs.They are money hungry and will try to pressure you into surgery for carpal tunnel .I told him how my other hand was hurting multiple times and I was just disregarded because he just wanted me to get surgery for my left one.Not telling me about any side effects of the procedure or how it's going to go just immediately trying to schedule me.Yo... read more
