I was evaluated by Diana and Dr Pollack. I was impressed by the quality of care they give at this office. I am particularly thankful to Diana, who listened to all my concerns, explained all my symptoms to Dr Pollack, and made sure I was being examined comprehensively to achieve the best diagnosis possible. Thank you both!!!
My son had an eye injury and had been seen by another doctor the day before. He was still in a lot of pain and asked to go see a different doctor. We are so glad we did! Customer service, treatment amd overall experience was like night and day. It was so much better that my shy son mentioned it to me AND the doctor. The assistant, Diana, was helpful and empathetic. Dr. Pollock was friendly and helpful. His treatment and prescription really helped my son.
Dr. Pollack is an excellent ophthalmologist. I highly recommend him. He has been very attentive to my care.
Had an issue with my left eye, so I called and made an appointment with Dr Pollack, he was able after a thorough examination, tests and evaluation he was able to diagnosed, my problem, surgery was scheduled, and completed successfully.
