Worst customer service ever; avoid this place.
I have been going to this office nigh on 50 years (starting w/Dr Huberman.) We currently drive 4 hours round trip just to see Dr Pollack. When I thought "something w/not right w/eye...he checked & "detached retina." I had surgery @ FX Hosp same day. We are greeted by staff & appreciate promptness & knowledgeable diagnosis. I have recommended them numerous times. THANK YOU DR POLLACK, etc franki & Merle Parde. ps BEST to Sophie, etc
I can’t believe the negative reviews. I have never had a problem with the front desk in the many years. I have been a patient there. It may be that people are calling under great stress . Otherwise, I can’t understand how anyone would find this practice Objectional.
I was scheduled for cataract surgery by Laser with Dr Alan Pollack. My UHC insurance will pay for everything, however when I went to see the doctor to measure my eyes and she told me that I have to pay out of pocket $7600.00 I told her that I checked with my insurance and they said they will cover everything except for deductible which is $250.00, she told me know and gave a code for me to check with my ins. My insurance called the office and found out that they charged $7,600.00 for the lens that they will put in my eyes. T... read more
