Dr. Graves listened closely to my concerns. Staff is very kind. MRI was done quickly and results were communicated in a timely manner.
love Dr.Graves. He is straight forward with his evaluations and did an awesome job on my shoulder surgery!
Very disrespectful, lack of ethics, lack of communication with his internal staff. 4 days to provide a diagnosis. His secretary mentioned that she works for 7 doctors in the same facility and that is why we need to wait 3 days to get an MRI scheduled. Other of his staff set up and appointment for us by the time the doctor is not at the office and we knew that once we showed up. None medical attention was provided. We were harassed and threatened by calling the police.
Dr. Graves is the Best Orthopedic Dr. He takes his time with you and has the best bedside manners.
Absolutely the worst ! Get a second option !!! I am so grateful that I did.
