Staff is always super friendly, and today the one lady personally greeted me with name, even though she hasn't seen me in a year... Dr. Gurwood was always nice too. But wow. Completely different persona over the phone. Doesn't match his staff at all... Apparently a mile and a half is a lot and too much on your feet... Everyone is different!
