I have been under Dr. Howell's care for a few years now for a chronic illness which has brought me to the Temple hospital at least bi annually (but often much more) for nearly twenty years . I have seen my share of ID physicians and without doubt Dr. Howell stands above them all on every level. He literally saved my life once due to his insightful and proactive care but more than that, the man treats you with dignity and respect like no one I have ever seen in the medical field. He is very rude and likes to say that everything is out of his realm rather than trying to help out in the best way he can. He is very self righteous and needs to be knocked down a peg.
