Alan is the BEST! I called him desperate because this property was a tax forclosure on an estate property which I had just taken over. Long story short, 30 days was all we had to work with. Alan to the rescue property sold, all paperwork completed, etc and made the deadline. I’m looking at buying some property in the near future and Alan Hardin is my realtor for life!!
