Stay away! Rush you out. Never get back to you with answers. Wait is over an hour and a half every time. Multiple times I’ve requested the doctor to review my request and never got back. BUT, they called me three times during my waiting period to up sell me on additional services. Skin MD purchased Dr Lasser’s practice and it is horrible. Maybe they’ll call before I die...
My entire family has seen, or been a patient of Dr. Lasser's. We always have to wait for appointments, unless I schedule early, but are very satisfied with his care. If I'm asked for a good dermatologist I refer them to him, as he was recommended to me years ago by a relative. Nice guy too.
I have seen Dr. Lasser twice and will not go back again. Seems like they are scheduling appointments like the cable company now. Show up for my 12:30 appointment and there are 7 people in front of me. Receptionist tells me it will be an hour. Walked out. I realize he is thorough but there is just no way that can be acceptable.
( Worst visit) I am first time patient ( I had a horrible experience ) I came half an hour earlier than my appointment,I did the paperwork and I was waiting for 45 minutes,somehow one of the employee got me inside the room she said the doctor will be with you shortly,I end up waiting inside the room for half hour no one showed up to apologize to me for inconvenient , I got extremely frustrated for wasting more than hour ,The staff is extremely bad for not notifying me that the doctor is having surgery or something That made ... read more
The doctor is always running late. Wasted about 2 hours waiting for my turn even after having an appointment scheduled.
