Dr Alan is a good doctor. But I think he needs to train or bring qualified front desk personnel.
Dr Stanton did a crown. The tooth started to be painful and never stopped. He told me it was a matter of adjusting the crown. i went back there and it did not solve the pain issue. An year later still having pain. I saw another dentist that told me the crown was badly done and was about 1 mm off, which is huge in dentistry. Needles to say it became a root canal and I lost the tooth! Out of 3 crowns that I know he has done this 2 became root canals almost instantaneously. I obviously won't treat the canal with him. Dr. Stanton receives my highest recommendation for skill, professionalism and patient care. I actually look forward to going to the dentist! From the front desk staff to the hygienists, expect the very best treatment and personal attention.
We have been using Dr. Stanton for almost 2 years and are very pleased! He has recently moved to a new suite and his facility is state-of-the art. Advanced camera equipment allows the patient to really see what they are talking about in terms of problems with your teeth....no "2nd guessing" what they are saying. Staff is very friendly and professional. They are good about following up with you for appointments. He is contracted with Detal Dental and we pay NOTHING for routine care.
