I have been going to Ocmulgee Physicians for over 20 years. I have been pleased with the care I have received. I am diabetic and have a few other ailments, so I go in every 3 months. I only see Dr. Justice himself once a year for my yearly physical, but like other doctors, he has too many patients too see them all every time. I have been a patient for many years. I drive 1 hour to come here. NP has been nice and attentive in the past. Although, I do feel they prescribe medicine to freely. In the last couple of years I have went to different, more local ( to my house) labs to do my blood work so that I didn’t have to drive a hour to do it at OPG lab and then the next week drive there again for my Appointment. Very friendly and informative both at check in and when I saw the nurse practitioner. The lab was quick in and out. It seems like everytime I get my annual I find a surprise bill in my mailbox 2 weeks later. No one tells you the tests they are giving you are going to get billed to you, even had to pay 100$ after insurance for a covid test, I knew I had covid I didn't need the test, could of told you that for free or for $20 from cvs
Everyone is very compassionate and willing to go the extra mile for their patients. I see one of the nurse practitioners and she is the BEST! I know that I will be taken care of and more importantly cared for.
