I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harris!!! After approximately 3 minutes of examing my eyes he diagnosed, with absolute certainty, what many other ophthalmologists & at least 3 top neurologists could not; even better, he fought for me, a new patient he didn't even know yet, to get proper treatment asap. I have absolutely NO doubt in my mind that had I not seen Dr. Harris I would have endured many painful & unnecessary medical procedures while still getting progressively worse. I went here back in January. There referred me to another Dr for to get clearance for surgery. Well 3 month wait for a specialist and I canceled the surgery but apparently that didn't cancel the follow up. So the receptionist calls me mad that I didn't cancel. Thought I did when I canceled the 2 surgeries. So now I try to reschedule the surgery and 3 weeks later and the lady still has not returned my phone calls because she is busy. So I make an apointment with someone else. They can't send my records for 10 days because the... read more
I can't say enough good things about Dr. Harris!!! Several years ago I had a bad back injury with mult-level herniations. I'd seen several neurologists because my mobility was declining so quickly I was using a wheelchair most of the time. I was referred to neurosurgeons & facing spinal fusion surgeries to try to keep my independence when I started having vision issues too. Dr. Harris, as is typical of many doctors, overbooks his patients leaving them forever in the waiting room. Like his patients have nothing better to do with their time. But God forbid if a patient is late or misses an appointment, then gets charged for this unforgivable act. After waiting today for nearly an hour I left and I'm certain no one couldn't have cared less. Doctors charge patients for their services. Patients should be able to charge doctors for wasting their time in the waiting room. I never had this problem with... read more
