Dr. Gaines did not listen to my concerns or symptoms and told me I must be remembering previous allergic reactions incorrectly. He mumbled to the point that it was extremely hard to understand him. Dr. Gaines showed a complete lack of interest or concern regarding an allergic reaction that landed me in the ER a month earlier. He did not address any of the medical issues that my PCP had referred me for.
I waited months for a finês patient appointment. The first phone call I spoke to them about my symptoms. They set an appointment and send me a packet. In the packet states to stop all antihistamines five days prior. Before my first initial appt I got really sick. I rescheduled for two month later. By this time I forgot about having to stop meds. Dr. Gaines has treated me for 15 years with excellent results relieving allergy and asthma symptoms greatly with medications and immunization shots. The office staff is patient, kind and thorough. It is easy to get appointments. I visit the Cumberland RI office
