I wanted to create a beautiful casket spread for my brother's funeral. I took in some antlers and had a vision in my mind of what I wanted. I wanted to add a bass to the top. The store was out at the time. He took the time to call me at 7:45pm to tell me he received a bass. A blubbering mess, Alan took the time to fix exactly what I wanted. It was perfect. They are so compassionate and their work truly speaks for itself.
