I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday while she was in the ICU, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I called later in the afternoon and spoke with the sweetest lady….she was so kind, patient, and thoughtful as she asked about my mom’s favorite colors and preferences since I don’t know much about flowers myself. I needed a bouquet for my mother-in-law delivered for the same day plus I did know what exactly to get her.. and Alan Cottons florist was able to make a bouquet by offering a choice of allowing the florist to pick out one specifically for her. They were beautiful and they were able to deliver them quickly. Thank you Alan and your employees for such great service.. I will be using this florist for ant other special occasions…
