Convenient Optometrist Dr. Alan Clark provides excelent and convenient optometry services. His office is conveniently located in the San Antonio shopping center next to Long's Drug Store, Tower Record and Cold Stone Creamery =) The office also has a fair selection of glasses and sunglasses.
Great doctor - poor front staff My experiences with the doctor have been fantastic - he listens and spends time with his patients. However, his front desk staff leave a lot to be desired. Aside from the constant stream of personal conversations and gossip, they often get defensive and rude when asked questions regarding products or appointments.
Nice doctor but the receptionist was rather rude My first impression was that everyone seemed really nice, but when I asked for clarification on a question, the receptionist snapped at me. The doctor himself was really nice, from the 5 minutes that I spent with him.
